Guile VS Heidern Collaborationby ~Marvin000

Hey all, here's a collaboration drawing I did with my buddy

Since he's a huge Street Fighter fan like myself, and given that he's been drawing a Street Fighter comic book for a Street Fighter Magazine, it was only natural for him to draw the Street Fighter characters. Which he does awesomely, so check out his work in his gallery.

Meanwhile I chose the SNK characters, because I love the games they've put out, like Fatal Fury and King of Fighters. I've also loved their character designs, so here's my chance to draw them in my own style, lol.

So lo and behold our first choices, Guile and Heidern. Fire-Tisane chose Guile first, and so naturally to go with the military tone that Guile brings, I went with his SNK counterpart Heidern.

As for who would win in a fight between the two of them? Honestly, I have no clue, but I will say that the fight would be lots of fun to watch and it would be close. So enjoy, and more will be on the way.

I completely agree with you on Heidern. I'm actually a half decent Heidern player myself, when it comes to KOF, to the point, where I was using Heidern against a buddy of mine, and had gone through almost his entire 3 man team perfect thanks to his life drain. Then my buddy, got frustrated at almost being perfected 3 fights in a row, and turned the ps one off, when I was on the verge of sweet victory, lol.

Hey dude, you are aware that when uploading a picture, you can choose how big you want it to be when full viewed, right? haha, it's a trend I've seen in your whole gallery with the small drawings. There's loads of details you've hidden that way.

Is it? I guess, I didn't know, lol. Mind you I am wary of stories I've heard about people on DeviantArt taking art from here, and claiming it as their own work in their portfolios. Thus my paranoia about not putting fully detailed drawings up on here.

Very true dude. I should seriously concider putting a stamp on my drawings to save them from art theifs. I'd like to think mine are unimpressive enough to be overlooked but you never know.

Nawwww dude, your work is good man, no worries about that.

I'm gonna tell you a funny story about a former friend of mine, who was looking at some portfolios, and this guy drops his off for review. He's a pretty popular guy on DeviantArt, so he's flipping through this guy's portfolio, and lo and behold he sees his own work in this guy's portfolio, lol. Honest to God, made me laugh my ass off, that this guy, would attempt to pass himself off as one of my buddies.

And then there are scam artists like Josh Hoopes, who use other people's art as their own, and on top of it, pose as other high profile artists like Art Adams.

Gotta be careful out there, don't want someone ruining your good name and art for you.

hahaha, thats aweful! Why would someone try something like that? They're not going to get away with it. IDK, it bugs the heck outta me to think someone would do that, even though I know they do. Thats why watermarks are the way to go. Shows off your stuff fully and keeps folk from trying to steal it.

dang.... I'd hate for someone to ruin my name. In the end, a name is all you have. It's who you are and how you're seen. Scary stuff dude, scary stuff.
